Summer CSA
Our Summer CSA harvest season will begin on the first Tuesday after the Summer Solstice and continue to the last Tuesday in August. Join the Summer CSA to pick up a share of the harvest for 11 weeks during the growing season.
We’re excited to share the farm with our community by hosting breakfasts in 2025. We offer an exceptional outdoor dining experience using Certified Organic seasonal produce grown on our farm.
Our limited and changing menu features New Mexican flavors and other seasonal offerings. We serve dishes like Huevos Rancheros & Breakfast Burritos, Seasonal Salads and Caprese Toast. We use Top of the Hill Farm meats, Breads from La Boca, and Certified Organic Eggs.
We serve locally roasted coffee and Herbal Teas made with Certified Organic herbs grown on our farm including Tulsi, Mint, Lemon Balm, and Chamomile.
We are planning on opening in early summer 2025 and hope you’ll join us!
We are planning on hosting workshops on utilizing the vegetables, herbs, and flowers that we grow at Pork Hill Farm.
Please check back in the Spring to reserve a spot.

On Saturday, July 10, 2021, at 10 AM Pork Hill Farm will host an Herb Walk with our friend, CSA member, and Herbalist Kelly Goodson.
Kelly Goodson will join us to identify, talk about and discuss the wild & cultivated herbs we find growing all around the farm. She has been working with, studying and landscaping with herbs in Carroll County for over 20 years. She will talk about the medicinal and everyday uses of herbs including traditional and spiritual context. We will begin the conversation with herbal tea on the patio and then take a walk around the perimeters of the farm where we will find wild herbs. We will also visit our gardens where we grow a wide range of herbs. We hope you can join us!
An optional lunch will follow at Noon on the patio behind the farmhouse. Lunch will include a salad, pizza and iced tea, all made with fresh herbs and produce from Pork Hill Farm.
The Herb Walk will cost $25 and the lunch will cost $25.
Reservations are made by calling us at 539-5999. Participation is limited.
